The “Cinta Senese DOP” pigs are traditionally raised in the wild using the wooded plots in the Montagnola Senese and Chianti area and fed with flours of vegetable origin such as corn, barley and broad beans. Cinta Senese salami has a delicate and elegant flavor to combine with structured wines.
