Salame di Cinghiale is a typical salami of Tuscan butchery, produced with selected wild boar meat and a part of pork; pork is used to make the product sweeter and the texture softer; the mixture of this salami has a rather fine grain.
Ingredients:
Pork, pork (min 20%), salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings, spices, preservatives E252 E250, antioxidant E 301
Allergens: it may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy and milk derivatives.
