Cantucci are typical Tuscan almond biscuits often served with vin santo, a fortified wine in which they are dipped to be softened. The cantucci are crispy biscuits, very aromatic and easy to make, their peculiarity lies in their double cooking, first in fact they create dough loaves which are then taken out of the oven halfway through cooking to be cut diagonally and passed back in the oven for let the interior dry well.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 00 “, honey, almonds,” sugar, egg white, ammonium bicarbonate, natural flavors.
ALLERGENS: WHEAT FLOUR, MANDOLAS, EGG WHITE.
Allergens: it may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy and milk derivatives.
