The semolina pappardelle is a typical pasta of the Tuscan home tradition, and in particular of the Val d’Orcia. It is made exclusively with flour, water and salt by rolling the puff pastry and then cutting into slices of about 1.5 cm.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. It may contain traces of eggs, celery and cuttlefish ink
