The pappardelle are a type of egg pasta, typical of the Tuscan home tradition.
They are similar to tagliatelle (belonging to the Emilia-Romagna tradition) but are wider than the “cousins” further north. The dough is simple: flour, eggs and salt. They are seasoned with game ragout or truffle.
INGREDIENTS: Durum Wheat Semolina, Eggs 23.1%.
